Soloway JCC Family Life Centre
The Family Life Centre is a new initiative from the Soloway JCC designed to provide young families with a holistic approach to child care through parenting workshops and support as well as interactive classes for parents and children. The Family Life Centre provides a friendly place where families can play and learn together.

New! TINY TOTS BOOGIE
Tiny Tots Boogie is a program for 18 month to 3 year olds. Nikki is an Early Childhood Educator who has danced competitively since the age of ten.
Nikki draws upon her Early Childhood diploma and teacher training at the National Ballet of Canada, Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance, and the Dance Commons School of San Francisco to deliver an age appropriate music and movement experience in Tiny Tots Boogie.

Anna is a trained sign language interpreter who completed a 4 year program at George Brown College. She has worked with children for many years and has most recently enjoying teaching sign language to parents and children.

MONKEY ROCK MUSIC
Does your child rock? Then Monkey Rock Music is a must! During this 40-minute musical experience, you and your child will explore music and movement in a stimulating and fun atmosphere. Your child will develop a love of creating and experiencing music that will last a lifetime.

FITMOM and Baby
One of the most popular FITMOM classes. This beginner to athlete program is modified to meet your fitness level. Whether in a baby carrier or lying next to you, your baby will participate in the class and provide progressive resistance to help you get lean and strong. Babies from 4 weeks to 6 1/2 months are safest in a front carrier, while older babies are best suited to a back carrier.

With monthly guest speakers
Drop-in playgroup is a great opportunity for parents and kids to relax and make new friends. Our comfortable space gives babies and toddlers plenty of room to move around and play. The added bonus is you don't have to clean up!
Every month a new speaker will engage and inform you on important topics such as nutrition, CPR, budgeting for baby/ child and positive discipline. The speaker schedule is available on our blog and on our monthly email calendar.

BABY SENSORY
You and your baby will explore different sensory activities designed to support your baby's sensory development every week. Classes include fibre optic light shows, bubbles, bells, musical fun, baby signing, puppet shows, amazing light balls and so much more.

PARENTS PARLOUR
Parents are welcome to attend discussion groups where they will meet new friends, share similar experiences and feel connected to others at the same stage of life.

PARENT & CHILD SPORTBALL (2 - 3 YEARS)
This 45 minute program guides parents and children through the introductory skills of 7 different ball sports. Parents are instructed on how to correctly assist their children in learning the skills of hockey, soccer, tennis, baseball, basketball, volleyball and golf. All programs are non-competitive and focus on building confidence.

SPORTBALL MULTI-SPORT (3-5 years)
Multi-Sport programs focus on skill development in seven popular sports: soccer, hockey, baseball, basketball, tennis, volleyball, and golf. Participants learn, rehearse, and refine sports skills in a positive, encouraging, and non-competitive atmosphere.
